There she is! Our Parts Queen 👑

MEET KYRA 👋

Known for keeping tabs on all the moving parts (pun very much intended), Kyra manages Ironwood’s Parts Department and plays a huge role in keeping our shop running smoothly behind the scenes.

From ordering and returns to inventory management and vendor coordination, Kyra makes sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time—no small feat in a busy repair shop.

After several years in retail management, she made the move into the automotive industry and quickly found her place in its fast-paced, problem-solving environment. Her organization, attention to detail and ability to stay one step ahead help keep repairs moving and our team on track.

Outside of work, Kyra is a proud Prius fan and craft beer enthusiast—and with fall right around the corner, we’d be remiss not to mention that pumpkin beer season is basically her Super Bowl. 🎃🍺

Michael brings 20+ years of Lexus experience to Ironwood, including 11 years as a Master Technician, and he maintains his Virginia State Inspection license. Mike takes great pride in customer service and works hard to ensure both he and our team deliver the best possible experience.

As Service Manager he manages the day-to-day shop operations, organizes workflow, and helps keep everything running smoothly. None of which is a small feat! Outside of work, Mike enjoys track days, boating, and spending as much time as possible with his two children and their Golden Retriever, Charlie.

Meet Drew 👋

Drew is a Master Technician with over 17 years of experience. He brings experience from both Acura and Hyundai dealerships and prides himself on his thoroughness and ability to think outside the box. We often joke that Drew has the memory of an elephant—he remembers nearly every car that has come through the shop, whether he worked on it or not.

At Ironwood, Drew serves as our Lead Technician, meaning he is also the go-to resource for his fellow technicians when they run into a hiccup or have a question. Additionally, he assists with workflow, particularly in the mornings, when we’re assigning tickets to technicians and coordinating the day’s work as efficiently as possible.

There’s a lot of thought behind every recommendation we make.

As part of our service visits*, our technicians perform a Courtesy Vehicle Check (CVC) — a thorough look at your vehicle to see what’s in good shape, what may need attention soon, and what needs attention now.

From there, we document what we find with notes and photos so you can see what we see and understand the “why” behind our recommendations.

It’s how we keep you informed, help you plan ahead, and take some of the guesswork out of caring for your car.

*Courtesy Vehicle Checks are not included with State Inspection-only service tickets.
