Check out this clean On Point enclosure. One of the best parts is being able to hop on the website, customize it how you want, place the order, and be done, no hassle or endless back-and-forth messages required.

That said, current turnaround times are still running pretty long.

PSA: Any On Point or flat pack orders placed after tomorrow (05/25/26) will most likely not ship until late July. There’s also a banner at the top of the website letting everyone know ahead of time. Andddd still not taking any new custom orders, sorry.

Can’t believe most of you guys are still hanging in there waiting… honestly, you’ve got more patience than I do myself.

Today I finally had the chance to try one of our newest… uhmmm products… here at Next Level Fabrications.
This particular unit has been in development for… quite some time.
Extensive research.
Lengthy production timeline.
Very thorough quality control processes, ya know.
Immediately what stands out is the Baltic birch notes and the precision CNC undertones.

The craftsmanship is impressive.
The port geometry really opens up the… flavor profile.

I’ll be honest though… I wasn’t exactly sure how to attack this thing.

After careful consideration, I went in for a small bite.

Strong structural integrity.
Very dense mouthfeel.

Overall review:

Would definitely eat again.

I want to take a moment to address an issue that has recently come up and provide some clarity for everyone.

Baltic birch plywood contains factory veneer patches (often called “football patches”). These are an inherent, industry-standard characteristic of genuine Baltic birch and are purely cosmetic. They do not affect strength, performance, or durability in any way.

Over the years, I’ve delivered well over 1,000 enclosures and flat packs combined, and until now I’ve never once had a customer raise an issue regarding this characteristic of the material. Recently, however, I’ve had a customer (who I will not name at this time) threaten a chargeback specifically due to these patches.

Every enclosure and flat pack posted on this page contains these veneer patches, some more than others. I do not control where the manufacturer has to place these and when nesting 100s of parts to be cut over several sheets of material, I can’t pick and choose which panels get placed where. They are nested and placed where they fit the best and reduce as much waste as possible. Most people simply don’t even notice them because once stained, they blend extremely well into the finished product.

All product photos show real builds using Baltic birch, including these natural characteristics. Nothing about the material or construction has changed.

My goal has always been to deliver structurally sound, precision, professional-grade enclosures and that hasn’t changed.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support my work and understands the realities of working with real wood and real materials.

Can I get an update? Yes I want to provide an update. I understand that asking for one is completely reasonable, and I know everyone is excited for their order. I also recognize that things are currently behind schedule. I’ve been receiving update requests from many people across all platforms and emails, and I want to be transparent.

At the time, I genuinely believed I had consistent and reliable help in place. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, and I take full responsibility for reopening the doors to taking in new custom orders too soon.

If your order is significantly delayed, not yet in progress, and you no longer wish to wait, please reach out and we can discuss a deposit refund. There are no hard feelings and no excuses, I don’t want anyone to feel stuck or frustrated.

I’ve put myself in a difficult position, and I’m committed to doing whatever it takes to make things right. I appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.

If you wish to continue waiting that’s awesome! And If you don’t, I understand.
