Added a 39 gallon tank
Installed the flame king water heater
Installed a 12 volt 55 psi pump with toggle switch
When water pump is turned on the flame king heater automatically kicks on and gives hot water immediately.
Can adjust water pressure and heat for water.

Replaced self adjusting brakes.

Replace rotted metal on the front and sides and some steps that were rotted.

Replaced the butterfly vents for air flow.

Added 2 pop up vents for added air flow.

Fabricated the solid divider into a slide door divider.

Rewired whole trailer.

Added 4 interior lights with toggle switch on the rear.

Added rear work lights on a toggle switch in the rear.

Made a removable divider gate to separate the giraffes and zebras.

Replaced the jack.

Primed and painted new metal

Replaced a few floor boards

Cut off and Replaced metal on the inside and some steps.

Replaced jack

Made sliding tracks to add plexiglass to enclose the trailer.

Sandblasted, primed and painted the trailer.
