The customer service provided by Patrick and Matt was outstanding. We first called Patrick to verify Toyota Richardson would have a Ruby red in stock or soon to arrive. The team knew exactly what we wanted including the color and provided us with a quote with approximate delivery date. ( note: the color of the car had to be red per my wife’s request and the one we purchased in 2024 we had to wait 1.5 years due to it popularity and my wife would not go with any other color) So, when we arrived we were greeted by Patrick and Matt with the prepared quote. We were in and out of the dealership within 30 minutes. The follow up phone calls to our questions after our visit were timely with great customer service. In fact , I text Matt on a day he was off without realizing it and Matt replied quickly and supported all the questions I had. My wife and I highly recommend Toyota Richardson for their outstanding customer service and the ability to work with you to provide the best deal. We look forward to working with their team in the near future.
