LARGE PROJECTS: A percentage of payment must be paid up front on the day of the diagnostic/estimate for a vehicle or house call. Diagnostic fee/estimate fees will in certain circumstances be taken off of the TOTAL labor costs of an entire job. The fees/deposit ensures the appointment time and ensures the project will be completed with us, without charging any extra costs to you. We value our time and knowledge, NO refunds will be given to a cancellation of any project once the percentage of the down payment for the labor has been given, and the date and time selected. If the labor has not been paid, and only the PARTS/SUPPLIES cost, then that will be refunded and issued within FIVE business days. Appointments can be made SAME DAY, if we have openings available.
