📚 WE’RE HIRING — PART-TIME BOOKKEEPER

Rule Auto Care in Rensselaer is looking for a dependable, organized part-time bookkeeper to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable handling the day-to-day financial side of a small business.

Responsibilities may include:
• Accounts payable & receivable
• Entering and categorizing transactions
• Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
• Preparing reports and keeping financial records organized
• Assisting with payroll and other bookkeeping duties
• Working with our accountant as needed

What we’re looking for:
• Previous bookkeeping experience preferred
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and organized
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Comfortable working independently
