When a family traveling with kids shows up at 5:30pm on a Friday during Hot August Nights on the way to Sacramento from back east and their serpentine belt and tensioner is bad you take time and help them! Super nice group of people. I couldn’t say no! Hope they have a safe trip to their destination. Some jobs are not about the money.

A beautiful Audi came in today and this was the air filter we removed. I went and added wire to the filters inlet so that these rodents can’t get back into the filter housing. Rodents can cause all kinds of damage. This customer was lucky there was no damage.

Sad to pass this along, one of my first customers when I opened my shop over 31 years ago was this guy and his name is Al Bruner aka Navy Al. I am sad to say he passed at the age of 95 a couple weeks ago. He was a good friend and always a positive influence for me, my kids, and my shop. Funeral services are being planned for a future date at the VA cemetery in Fernley. Pm me if you would like to go.

It’s been almost daily here I am fixing a vehicle with major rodent damage. I feel for customers having to go through this because it’s not normal. Please watch where you park and please do not feed the birds because bird food has been a factor in most of these repairs as rodents pack the food to someplace warm on your engine to make a nest.
