As the weather gets colder make sure to check your coolant reservoirs! Coolant is specially formulated to withstand low temperatures that water can’t. (Water will freeze and potentially crack engine components and in the worst case, ruin your engine). Also make sure to check the coolant level. Below are pictures of 3 major car manufacturers and how to to check the coolant level. If you suspect you have a leak or don’t know what coolant you have/need, just stop by and we can take a look for you!

3 - 2013 Chevrolet Volt (Some hybrids have 2 coolant systems)
