Celebrating 22 Years of Muffler Express! 🎉🔧🛞🚙

22 years ago, our family made the leap and decided to go into business for ourselves. It was both exciting and scary — a leap of faith filled with hopes, dreams, and a lot of hard work.
Starting out as a small shop inside Precision Auto Tune, we had no idea how far this journey would take us. Thanks to the incredible support of our customers — many of whom have been with us since those early days — we eventually grew into our own space.

Running a family business hasn’t always been easy. It comes with responsibility, sacrifice, long hours, obstacles, and plenty of stress. But it also comes with an enormous sense of pride in what we’ve built and the relationships we’ve formed along the way.

This October, we’re celebrating 22 YEARS in business — and it’s all because of YOU. Your continued support, your referrals to friends and family, and your trust in us have made this milestone possible.

20 years ago this week our family made the leap and opened our own business, Muffler Express. Some of you have been with us since way back in the beginning when we were a small 2-bay shop inside Precision Auto Tune around the corner. Our company has grown a lot since then and we would not be where we are today if it were not for the support of our customers, accounts, family and friends.

We appreciate each and every one of you. Thank you for helping us achieve this milestone of 20 years in business!

Just a post to everyone out there .
You are all being told to stay home. Some industries are deemed "essential services". The automotive repair industry is one of them. Many shops are not going to be real busy, because people are not going out.

Now would be the perfect time to get your car ready for when all of this passes & you can take that trip you just had to postpone or get your car repaired so you can safely get to the places that supply the essentials your family needs during this time of shelter in place.

At the same time, you are helping another family put dinner on the table.

At Muffler Express, we strive to provide honest and top quality automotive service to every customer we serve. We are closely monitoring the global COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation.

Our shop will remain open to service your vehicle needs. We want to assure you that we have taken a number of proactive measures to help ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees. We are taking preventative measures to help stop the potential spread of COVID-19 within our shop. Some of these measures include:
*Handwashing protocols with an increased focus on washing between each customer transaction.
*Hand sanitizer, where available, will be utilized throughout our shop for customers and staff.
*Disposable gloves will be used by our technicians as needed.

Our employees have also been asked to stay home should they not feel well enough to come to work.
Rest assured, the safety of our employees and customers remains our top priority. The steps noted above are to protect both our employees and customers while remaining open for the community we serve.

Please accept our thanks in advance for your help and understanding as we all work together during this challenging time. We appreciate your continued support of our family-owned small business. We would not be here if it were not for the support of you, our valued customers.
