While he started out keeping things rolling smoothly with our tire and l**e crew, he’s recently been stepping up alongside our mechanics. From mastering A/C diagnostics and repairs to tackling alignments, brake services, and light mechanical work. He has proven to be an absolute rockstar and a massive asset to the shop. 🚀

Happy Flag Day! 🇺🇸

Did you know the U.S. flag has seen dozens of designs? The infographic from the image below, illustrates the incredible journey of "Old Glory," from the "Rebellious Stripes" used in the earliest protests against British rule, to the 50-star version we salute today.

Looking through history, you can see how the flag was shaped by important moments:
The earliest versions, like the Culpeper Minutemen flag, were banners for individual militias, often carrying messages like "Liberty or Death" and "Don't Tread on Me."
The "Betsy Ross" and "Francis Hopkinson" flags represent some of the first official versions after the Declaration of Independence was signed.
From then on, every new state added meant a new star was stitched into the blue field, a visual story of America's growth, one star at a time.

That was reality until 1902, when an inventor named Mary Anderson had a massive lightbulb moment. While riding a streetcar in New York City, she watched the driver constantly hopping out in the freezing cold just to wipe the snow off the glass.
She thought, "There has to be a better way." 💡
So, Mary designed and patented the very first mechanical windshield wiper. But here’s the kicker: Car companies initially rejected her invention. They genuinely believed that a moving blade on the glass would distract drivers and cause accidents! 🤦‍♀️
