At J’s Auto and Diesel, we believe in supporting the families and children that make our community strong. That’s why we’re honored to serve as a donation drop-off location for this year’s school supply drive.

From now through July 17th, you can stop by our shop and help local students start the school year with the tools they need to succeed. Donations of new backpacks, notebooks, pencils, crayons, markers, folders, and other school supplies are greatly appreciated.

Every backpack filled, every notebook donated, and every pencil given helps a child walk into the classroom with confidence.

This CP4 pump was starting to come apart internally — and the warning signs were already there. Metal shavings were found in the fuel filter before the pump completely failed. 👀

When a CP4 pump fully lets go, it can send metal throughout the entire fuel system:
⚠️ Injectors
⚠️ Fuel rails
⚠️ Lines
⚠️ Tank
⚠️ Lift pump

What could’ve been caught early can quickly turn into a repair bill costing thousands.

Luckily, we caught this one before catastrophic failure and installed a disaster prevention kit to help protect the rest of the fuel system if the pump decides to fail completely down the road.

This is why regular maintenance and fuel filter inspections matter — sometimes they catch problems before they become disasters.
