At first glance everything looks as it should... but as we got into the reapair our technician found missing hardware from a previous repair done else where. It may not look like a big deal, but the manufacturer wouldn't have put it there if they didn't think it was needed. Attention to detail is the #1 building block for quality! Thank you Russ for catching this for our customer! It is the little things that can make the biggest differences!

As promised... here is the one and only Cyndi Mathis, the ❤️ and soul of the shop! The problem slover and the one who holds us all together! In this video she shares some of the key points of our complimentary 3 year/36K mile warranty on all major repairs! There is a lot to this warranty and touching on all points would be a 20 minute + video. You can call for more info! Let's show her some love! She hates doing these things more than Wes Mathis! 🤣🤣🤣
