The van is for sale! If you're interested in buying it call Steve 530-338-4197 for details.
Why are we selling it? Google class b reviews. They're all true!🙃 These vans have a lot of issues. The good part is that it's all warranty work so it's not expensive but the downside is that you're constantly troubleshooting.
If the van sells we're planning on upgrading to an RV, so the dream is still alive it just looks differently.

Here's a random introduction post.🙃

We are Steve and Grace King. Owners of the van featured on this page. We both grew up in Pennsylvania about an hour and half from each other. We met in Mississippi at 19 years old. We were both there as Volunteer's for clean up from Hurricane Katrina. Almost three years later we got married. Fast forward 11 years... We now live in California, have five kids and big dreams!🙃 Steve is the owner of King's Construction and also plays a big role in the van Rentals. The van is a dream coming to life for me (Grace) of owning rentals and creating experiences. I always pictured houses though!
Through December the van will have all the Christmas vibes and comes with a free meal!!
January Rentals will feature a hot chocolate station and books. I am trying to figure out how to get a tiny little fireplace in there that will fit the space and not flip the breaker. If you have suggestions drop them in the comments or maybe you can invent it for us!:)
February Rentals will be focused on couples. (Because valentines!) However, you can still rent the van without the theme!:)

The van went out for the very first time last weekend! Renting out a van is a brand new venture for us so this was exciting!
