What you will do:
+ Take lead in hiring for this location with approval of the company president
+ Provide training to new and existing employees as needed
+ Supervise all employees ensuring excellent work ethic and safety protocol is maintained
+ Take responsibility to meet sales goals
+ Report accurately to the general office daily
+ Personally work with each customer

Additionally, you may often need to fill in for vacant positions as a l**e tech. L**e techs do the following:
+ Welcome customers and determine their needs
+ Work with other crew members to give their vehicle the best service possible
+ Vacuum the vehicle after service is completed
+ Occasionally you may work the register to ring up customers and enter their vehicle information into the registry
