We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join the R & L Automotive team! If you’re great with people, organized, and enjoy the automotive industry, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Day-to-day: Greet customers and answer phones, create repair estimates using industry-standard labor guides, advise customers about recommended services, take payments for services, and communicate with shop staff.
Automotive experience or knowledge is helpful, but not required! The ability to confidently communicate with customers in person and over the phone is a must.
