Another full F-250 reseal underway!

Oil leaks on these trucks usually don’t get better with time. What starts as a small seep can turn into a much bigger mess, covering the engine and transmission, damaging rubber components, and making it harder to spot future problems.

2022 Ford F-250 came in with a Reduced Engine Power issue. After diagnosing the fuel system, we got this one fixed up with a DCR pump upgrade and a new driver-side fuel rail.

The factory CP4 can become a major problem if it fails, potentially sending metal contamination throughout the entire high-pressure fuel system. The DCR conversion is designed to eliminate that weak point and give the truck a much more reliable fuel system moving forward.

This Duramax came in with 1/4 tank fuel issues and an intermittent stalling problem.

After some diagnostics, we tracked it down to an in-tank fuel supply issue. We upgraded the truck with a FASS 165 GPH lift pump and sump setup to ensure a steady, reliable fuel supply.

No more starving for fuel when the tank gets low. 💪⛽️

This F-250 came in with an oil leak coming from the lower oil pan. We removed the old pan, cleaned and prepped the sealing surface, and installed a new lower oil pan to get it sealed back up properly.

Another leak fixed and another truck ready to get back to work.
