States Security has been in business since 1987 and has grown to be the oldest and the largest security company in western South Dakota. We offer private security enforcement, special event and cash in Transit Security. The company prides itself on how their security officers respect the community in which they are working with. This respect for the working environment comes from the owners which

have years of law enforcement experience and the staff is comprised of former law enforcement and military police as well as qualified and motivated individuals wanting to work in the security field. The entire staff is focused on giving clients the best and most secure experience possible while maintaining constructive and safe working environment. We are registered with the screen guild and have provided security for films being shot in the Black Hills and for TV shows, shooting segments during the Sturgis Rally.
