Tow truck drivers, roadside workers and emergency personnel help drivers every day. Let’s give them a safe place to work by remembering to Slow Down and Move Over when you see their flashing lights. It’s easy, it’s the law, and it’s the right thing to do.

Don't forget > South Dakota law requires vehicles to slow down and move over when approaching a vehicle on the highway that displays yellow or amber lights. The same goes for vehicles that display a blue light while working on the highway.
