I’m Brandy Moran — wife, mom, grandma, Vice President of Randleman Towing, and a proud five-year breast cancer survivor. 🎀

My journey hasn’t always been easy, but through every season, God has been faithful.

I’ve learned that life isn’t about titles or accomplishments. It’s about the people we love, the memories we make, the challenges we overcome, and the difference we make along the way.

I’m blessed with a wonderful family, an incredible team, and the opportunity to do work that means something to me.

Some days I’m behind a desk. Other days I’m right alongside our employees. But every day, I try to lead with faith, gratitude, and heart.

This is my family. My faith. My purpose.

And this is my story. ❤️

At the wall of the fallen today for the induction of 20 towing professionals that lost their lives doing their jobs.

Today, October 17, we stand alongside towing and recovery professionals, law enforcement, firefighters, EMS, and roadside workers across the nation to raise awareness about the importance of slowing down and moving over.

At Randleman Towing, our operators work alongside busy highways and roadways every single day, often just feet away from moving traffic. Every call they respond to comes with risks, and every one of them deserves to make it home safely to their families.

💛 When you see flashing lights ahead:
🚨 SLOW DOWN — Give yourself time to react.
🚨 MOVE OVER — Change lanes when it is safe to do so.
🚨 STAY ALERT — Put down distractions and watch for roadside workers.

Behind every flashing light is someone’s husband, wife, father, mother, son, daughter, or friend. Someone is counting on them to come home.

No vehicle, destination, or deadline is worth a life.

Randleman Towing is seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly motivated Diesel Mechanic to join our team!

This position involves maintaining and repairing our own diverse fleet of towing and recovery equipment, as well as servicing commercial trucks and equipment for our existing and expanding fleet maintenance customers.

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a diesel truck, can accurately diagnose problems, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

🔧 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Diagnose and repair light, medium, and heavy-duty commercial trucks
* Perform preventative maintenance, DOT inspections, and fleet servicing
* Troubleshoot diesel engines, electrical, hydraulic, brake, steering, and suspension systems
* Maintain our fleet of wreckers, rollbacks, heavy-duty recovery trucks, and specialized equipment
* Service and repair vehicles belonging to our commercial fleet customers
* Identify mechanical problems and recommend necessary repairs
* Complete accurate repair orders and maintenance documentation
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

✅ QUALIFICATIONS:

* Previous professional diesel mechanic experience REQUIRED
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* Experience with commercial trucks and diesel engines
* Knowledge of air brakes, electrical systems, and hydraulics
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair jobs
* Must have own basic hand tools
* Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
* Must pass a background check
* Strong work ethic, dependability, and professionalism
* CDL and applicable certifications are a plus!
