Exciting news!
Dear Valued Customers and Friends,
For more than 25 years, Moran Automotive has had the privilege of serving the Randleman community and surrounding areas with trusted automotive repair and service. What began in a small shop built behind my old home grew into something far greater than I could have ever imagined, thanks to the loyalty and support of so many wonderful customers over the years.
For the first 16 years, Moran Automotive operated from that original location before moving in 2017 to our current home at 412 N. Main Street in Randleman. Along the way, we have been blessed with incredible employees, loyal customers, and lasting friendships that have made this business feel like family.

In February 2018, Hunter Routh joined Moran Automotive with a vision to grow within the company and the long-term ambition of one day owning his own business. Over the years, Hunter has proven himself through his dedication, leadership, and commitment to serving customers with honesty and integrity. For the past couple of years, he has successfully managed the day-to-day operations of the shop while I focused more of my attention on Randleman Towing.

After much prayer, thought, and consideration, the time has come for the next chapter. Effective July 1st, Hunter and Summer Routh will be purchasing the equipment and customer accounts associated with Moran Automotive, and the business will begin operating under the new name Riverview Automotive.

While this is certainly an emotional time for my family and me, it is also an exciting one. I could not be more confident in Hunter and Summer as they begin this new adventure. Their passion, work ethic, and commitment to customer service will allow the business to continue growing and thriving for years to come.

Brandy and I will work closely with Hunter and Summer to ensure a smooth transition for our customers, employees, and community. During this transition, we will continue focusing on Randleman Towing while supporting Hunter and Summer as they move forward with Riverview Automotive.
I am also pleased to share that Randleman Towing will continue providing towing services for Riverview Automotive, allowing us to maintain the dependable service our customers have come to expect.

Brandy and I want to sincerely thank each and every customer who has supported Moran Automotive over the past 25 years. Your trust, loyalty, and friendships have meant more than words can express. It has truly been an honor to serve this community.

Please continue to support Hunter and Summer as they carry the business forward. I know they will continue providing the quality service and care you have come to expect.

Moran Automotive is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused team member to join our growing shop! If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we would love to meet you.

Position Overview
This role is the bridge between our customers and technicians. You will help ensure repairs move smoothly through the shop while providing excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities Include:
• Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
• Communicating with customers about vehicle concerns and repair needs
• Creating work orders and repair job aids for technicians
• Coordinating workflow between the front office and the repair shop
• Preparing invoices and processing completed jobs for billing
• Answering phones and scheduling service appointments
• Maintaining accurate records of repairs and customer information

Qualifications:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills
• Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required
• Ability to work well with a team in a busy shop environment
