We are hiring!

Ledbetter's Body and Frame Shop is looking to fill the position of full-time tow truck operator.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and organized. Must be physically able to load and unload both running/driving, and fully disabled vehicles. Must be physically able to climb up and down sometimes large embankments and lift heavy objects (+/- 75lbs) while performing recoveries. Must be on time, every time. Must be available to be on call nights and weekends.

Must be willing to complete or have already completed basic WreckMaster trainings that cover transport and wreck recovery to ensure we are always working safe, and within or above the accepted industry standards.

Experience is NOT required; we can teach anyone willing to learn how to safely complete any of the tasks at hand. However, experience would always be a plus.

Pay will be very competitive and can be discussed farther during an interview

Duties will include, but not limited to -

Tow vehicles to and from dealerships and service centers we partner with to complete collision repairs.

Local and semi long-distance towing for the public.

Safely perform wreck recoveries and clean up debris

Local PD/County impounds by request

Congratulations Will,Addye, Creed, and Zaden! You all represent Cleburne County very well! We are very fortunate to have some great talent for the Collison repair industry coming from right here in our community! Several of these student’s parents either currently work, or have worked at Ledbetter’s in the past, and it’s safe to say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree with this bunch! We have to give a special shoutout to our very own, Zaden Benefield. Zaden is a very talented young man that works here at the shop every day when he’s done with school, and plans to continue his career here after high school. The future is bright!

In case you missed the news. Carson THE WALL Hall won the Ledbetter’s Body and Frame collision of the game last week for his Crushing performance against our Arch Rivals Woodland. Ledbetter's Body and Frame Shop is looking to hire an experienced Auto Body Technician. Must be able to repair modern vehicles using modern equipment and following OEM guidelines and procedures. Duties will include, but are not limited to - disassemble and reassemble vehicles, perform body repairs on steel, aluminum, and plastic body panels, must be able to do good filler work (body technician primes their own work),light frame and body pulling, and Weld in new body panels using the correct welding methods as directed by the vehicle manufacturer. Minimum of 5 years experience is preferred. Candidates must me prompt and on time, have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Must be able to work well with others and not cause friction in the workplace. Must be self motivated and able to stay on task to complete jobs in a timely manor. Must be ready and able to pass a drug test. Pay is very competitive, and commission based, so you get out what you put in. Ledbetter's Body and Frame Shop is a medium sized, family owned shop, and has been in business since 1962. We take pride in our work, and repairing vehicles correctly. We have invested in the latest and greatest equipment available that make repairs easier to complete, and produce a very high quality finished product.
