En Route 401 Auto Repair, nos esforzamos por brindarle los mejores servicios de automóviles y neumáticos en Raleigh NC. Ya sea que se trate de un cambio de aceite, compra de llantas o reparación de frenos, puede confiar en que hagamos el trabajo correctamente la primera vez.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS REGARDING COVID-19

At Route 401 Auto Repair, we strive to provide you with the best auto and tire services in Raleigh NC. Whether it’s an oil change, tire purchase, or brake repair, you can depend on us to do the job right the first time.
With the current health crisis, we want to reassure you that we are taking active measures to minimize the potential spread of COVID-19. We are continuing to monitor the situation via local, state, and federal health administrations.

We are taking the following preventative measures in our shops:
* Enhanced cleaning of our work areas with disinfectants
* Disposable gloves used as needed
* Limiting our contact with the customer
* We are practicing the “No offense it just makes sense” non-handshake policy
* Steering wheel covers or gloves used as needed when driving a customer’s vehicle
* Minimizing contact with the interior of your vehicle
We know it is essential that our customers continue to keep their vehicles running properly and we plan to be here to service your vehicles for as long as we can during this unprecedented crisis. However, for the safety of our customers, employees and the community we are temporarily altering our hours and services beginning Monday, March 23st. We will now be open Monday-Friday 9-5. on Saturdays 8-2. We will temporarily be closing our waiting area and Restroom. We ask that you make arrangements to drop your vehicle off and pick it up when complete. When your vehicle is complete we will wipe it down. We encourage you to use our “After Hours Key Lock Box” and drop your vehicle off before we open and arrange for pickups after hours with prepayment. These are trying times and we will continue to monitor the COVID-19 crisis making changes as they become necessary. Please continue to follow the recommendations of the CDC as well as our State and local governments and we will all get through this together.

New Year’s is reportedly the deadliest holiday for drivers in the U.S., so AAA is offering free towing services to encourage safe driving. From Monday, December 30, through Thursday, January 2, anyone can call AAA for a free tow within a 10-mile radius. The company says it will also drop drivers home. The service is available to everyone across the Southeast and Midwest, whether they're an AAA member or not. AAA has been offering 'Tow to Go' on major holidays since 1998 and says it has aided more than 25,000 drivers in that time. To request service, call (855) 2-TOW-2-GO or (855) 286-9246.
