❤️ A LESSON FROM A 5-YEAR-OLD ❤️

Watching my son learn baseball has been a reminder that many of us adults could learn a lot from children.
When kids step onto the field, they don't worry about looking silly. They don't worry about failing. They don't worry about what everyone thinks.

They simply show up ready to learn.
They listen. They try. They make mistakes. They laugh. They get back up and try again.
Somewhere along the way, many adults lose that mindset.
We become afraid to fail. Afraid to ask questions. Afraid to look inexperienced. Afraid to try something new.
But growth has always required humility.
Maybe the key isn't becoming more sophisticated. Maybe it's becoming more childlike in our willingness to learn.
Stay curious. Stay coachable. Stay willing to try.
Because every expert was once a beginner standing on a field, not knowing what they were doing.
Today I'm grateful for the reminder that growth starts with an open mind and a willing heart.
