For Fall Car Care Month, we’re focusing on two things that have to work together every time you slow down or stop: your brakes and tires.
Your brakes can be in good shape, but worn tires can still make it harder for your vehicle to stop and stay controlled on the road. Tire tread helps move water away from where the tire meets the pavement, while your brakes need enough material left to do their job consistently.
Pulling, vibration, squealing, or a different feel when braking are also worth paying attention to, especially as we head toward wet fall roads and eventually Wisconsin snow.
If something doesn’t feel quite right when you’re driving or stopping, give us a call at (262) 632-2625!
