The holiday weekend produced a great crowd, a great car count, and some great racing! We appreciate every single one of you for joining us last night and we hope we treated you to some awesome family friendly racing!

Our drivers appreciate all the extra bonus money and awards last night, thank you to everyone who contributed. Also a GREAT job to Alicia with all the extras for our Junior Speedsters last night, we appreciate all the donations and it’s great to see all the kids having fun and many of them joined us in the pits afterwards. Thank you everyone for getting our next generation of drivers and race fans hooked on racing!

Also a thank you to long time racers and race fans Tom Long and Lonnie Carter for joining us for a Meet & Greet, the Quincy Raceways Hall of Fame Class of 2026 will be inducted in August! Thank you Cory Kindhart and crew for your support of Quincy Raceways!

A reminder that we are OFF Sunday May 31st but we will return to action on June 7 with the return of the Super Late Models! IMCA Late Models, DIRTcar Modifieds, IMCA SportMods, DIRTcar 4 Cylinders, and Crown Vics will accompany them for a full night of racing.

It’s race day! 🏁

Racing action returns to the Broadway Bullring with some extra money up for grabs for our drivers! We are also encouraging drivers to stick around for a while after the races so families can come to the pits for some driver/fan interaction. We will leave the lights on around the track for a while after the last race so kids can SAFELY run the racetrack and experience more of the racing side of things. Keep the ATVs, golf cars, etc. at slow speeds please, no cars/trucks on the track. Several drivers are bringing parts and markers for autographs, we encourage the kids to bring some as well! Without our future generations being involved we can’t grow the sport, making memories and having fun is what it’s all about!

-Check-in Ends: 5:45, if you are running late call 217-653-9552 to get checked in or you will start last in your heat
-Driver Registration sheets must be completed at check-in if not already done, these are available at the pit shack. NO track registration fee!
-Classes with 10 or more cars signed in will have a FREE pit pass drawn for the class’s next weekly event, winner excluded. This week’s winners are:

IMCA SportMods - Josh Dietrich
Crown Vics- Josh Little

-IMCA licenses are required for Late Models and SportMods

Weekly racing resumes this Sunday May 24th with some extra money up for grabs for our drivers! We will start the program a little later than normal with hotlaps at 6:00.

We had a lot of support from fans and local businesses for the MARS race last week and we would like to grow the purse for Sunday’s races too! A reminder that there is no racing tonight but we will pick up next week for a Memorial Day Sunday race! This will be a $300+ Sunoco bonus night for our IMCA Late Models as well, and they’ve been putting on a show this year so this one should be GOOD!
