My experience with Kunes Honda began with unexpected bad news: I brought my 2017 Ridgeline in for an appointment , only to learn the transmission was failing. I trailered the truck home, completely uncertain about my next step.What ultimately made me choose Kunes for my next vehicle was their service department. The young lady at the service desk handled a difficult situation with exceptional empathy and professionalism. People often talk about service after the sale, but in this case, top-tier service before the sale made all the difference.Josh Bunker in sales took it from there. Working within a tight budget given the sudden circumstances, Josh and the sales team put together a deal my wife and I were very pleased with.I’ve never had a more seamless or reassuring experience with a dealership. Living in Lee County, IA over an hour away, I can confidently say Kunes is well worth the drive—and I would recommend them hands down over the local dealer just 30 minutes away.
