e main access through Quincy. Quincy Transmission Service was founded in 1998 by Mike Brandstatt, who still currently owns and operates the business. Before opening the business, Mike had over 20 years experience in the automotive business in both sales and service at the dealership level where as a technician he specialized in transmissions. He has been ASE certified as a Master Mechanic since 1977 and tested for and received the Master Technician Award from GM in 1993. Their services range from automatic transmission maintenance and rebuilds, to clutch replacement, manual transmission rebuilds, front and rear differential setup and rebuilds, and transfer case service and rebuilding on foreign and domestic cars and trucks.
