Butler Motor Speedway would like to extend a huge congratulations to Shane at M&M Smokehouse on receiving the 2026 Nelson B. Purdy Business and Industry Award!

Shane has been a tremendous supporter of Butler Motor Speedway, and we are beyond thankful for everything he does for our racing facility. His generosity, dedication, and willingness to give back never go unnoticed. But his support reaches far beyond the racetrack. Shane continuously puts his heart into his business and the community around him, making a difference in the lives of so many.

It’s people like Shane who remind us how fortunate we are to be surrounded by such wonderful local businesses and individuals who truly care about their community.

Last night we attended the annual Economic Development dinner. It was such an honor to watch as they awarded Shane with the Nelson B. Purdy Business and Industry Award. This is awarded to a business which has made significant contributions to the economic, cultural, and civic activities of the community. I couldn’t think of anyone more deserving to receive this award! He truly puts his heart into his business and community.

It’s time to celebrate another great season of racing at Butler Motor Speedway! 🎉 Join us on Saturday, November 21st, as we recognize our Top 10 drivers in points in each division, along with our 2026 Rookies of the Year! It’s a night to come together, celebrate everyone’s hard work and accomplishments, and enjoy an evening with our racing family!

🎟️ Tickets are $30 per person, which includes dinner! Tickets can be purchased by stopping by Buckshot Auto Sales or calling 517-278-9376.

🏁 VICTORY LANE, BABY! 🏁

The Wilber girls finally made it to Victory Lane tonight!! 🏆😂 Turns out the secret to winning is pretty simple… just make sure nobody else shows up. Absolutely DOMINANT performance. Led every lap, faced zero competition, and never even had to worry about getting passed. 😂

We’ve got a HUGE list of sponsors to thank for making this dream possible, but most importantly, a big thank you to Mom and Dad at Butler Motor Speedway for lending us this absolute hot rod — and our trusty S-10. 😂 We may not have passed tech, but she sure looked good sitting in Victory Lane.

After everything we’ve been through this season, we really feel like we deserved this one. A win is a win. Don’t ask questions. 🏁🏆😂

The Wilber girls are officially UNDEFEATED. Might just retire on top. 😎

Well, Mother Nature sure knows how to bookend a racing season… 🌧️🏁 Rain delayed the start of our 2026 season and took away our first scheduled night, and now it has decided to come back and take away our final night, too.

Unfortunately, tonight’s Season Championship at Butler Motor Speedway has been CANCELLED, and there will be no make-up date scheduled. With that, our 2026 racing season has officially come to a close.

We’re rolling into Championship Saturday at Butler Motor Speedway! The forecast may be trying to stir up a little trouble today, but we’re not letting it rain on our parade just yet. 🌧️👀
