It's people like this that make the 6+ hour deals all worth it. 20 year military combat vet, dealt plenty of hardships and never complained. When clients leave friends that's the best. He couldn't get financed for the first and second try then I and the staff kept trying and I had him turn around from going home and we made a deal.
