Customer:
“I make all my own decisions.”

Me:
“Perfect.”

Customer:
“Let me call my wife.”

😭

And honestly?

Correct answer.

Every dealership has:

The flirt.
The old-school salesman.
The guy who knows every truck spec.
The person who disappears constantly.
The coffee addict.
The manager everybody is scared to ask.
The BDC agent who knows everybody’s business.

And somehow the whole ecosystem survives. 😂

BDC agents do not drink coffee for enjoyment.

We drink it because by 10:30 AM we’ve already:

Called 37 people

Left 29 voicemails

Got hung up on twice

Been called “sweetheart” four times

And heard “I’m just looking” 17 times

This is medicine. 😂

Jeep people do not buy vehicles.

They adopt a personality. 😂

First comes the Wrangler.

Then the ducks.

Then the stickers.

Then suddenly every dirt road feels like a personal invitation.

Customer:
“There’s really nothing wrong with my trade.”

Me:
“Okay perfect.”

Customer:
“Well the AC doesn’t work.”

Okay.

Customer:
“And the driver window doesn’t roll down.”

Alright.

Customer:
“And sometimes it doesn’t start.”

😭

Define “nothing wrong.”

People before the test drive:

“I’m not buying anything today.”

People 7 minutes into the test drive:

“So what other colors does this come in?”

😂

The car got you.

I didn’t even have to do anything.

The easiest customer I can help is the one who messages me BEFORE they randomly appear on the lot. 😂

Because then I can actually know:

What you’re looking for.
Which vehicle caught your eye.
What features matter to you.
And when you’re coming.

Instead of me trying to read your mind while you say:

“I don’t know… I’m just looking.”

while staring directly at one specific truck for 20 minutes. 😭

Send me what you like.

I’ll check availability, help you lock in today’s online price and get your appointment set.

You know you’re car shopping when suddenly every vehicle on the road becomes research.

“That one’s nice.”

“Ooo I like that color.”

“What is that?”

“Is that the bigger one?”

Meanwhile your current car is just carrying you around listening to you plan its replacement. 😭

Customer:
“I don’t need anything fancy.”

Also customer:

“Heated seats?”
“Remote start?”
“Leather?”
“Big screen?”
“360 camera?”
“Power liftgate?”
“Sunroof?”

Baby that IS fancy. 😂

10/15/2026

Customer:
“I don’t really care about color.”

Also customer 12 minutes later:

“No red.”
“No white.”
“No silver.”
“No blue.”
“No tan.”
“No green.”

So…

black.

You care about color. 😂
