Customer bought a 15 mercedes s550 sight unseen and was horribly lied to about the vehicle. Before he even laid eyes on the car as he was in Washington, I had replaced the front sub frame. Front end suspention pieces, new primary and secondary radiator. Ac condenser new tires, nee water valves, water pu.p thermostat and some other seals, and all new fluids. This car had driven over something like maybe a curb pretty bad. Crushed sub frame and damaged all the way back to transmission pan. Were at the driving stages now on the vehilce just trying to figure out some finals details and recalibration as this vehicle has dynamic suspention. Along with the multifunction camera, everything needs calibration from the suspention to the steering sensor and parking sensors. Probably going to buy the nercedes zentry software to do the calibration

Had a customer call me out, someone did timing belt on their 04 hyundai sonata. Put wrong bolt on the serp belt tentioner. Walked belt into timing cover and sent engine out of time. Ruined heads. Then proceeded to lock the crank shaft key way behind the bolt and tightened it doen. So when I went to inspect engine. Engine was locked up tight. So instead of heads. We installed rebuild engine. But got customer up and running with in 6 days of the call put

Customer called me out for no theottle in his engine but runs and shifts gears. Found the the throttle levers were disconnected from the carbs. As well as severly out of adjustment. Also found all 4 sparks plugs weren't even finger tight. After adjustment and repair of cable. Tested the engine to find no telltale of water cooling. Shut engine off and alerted customer, we proceeded to pull the lower unit to find water in the gear oil and torn and ripped seals from water pump, replaced with new water pump kit and all new gaskets, new gear oil and engine is cooling!

Called out for a older yukon with he 6.0 in it, vehicle stalled while driving and wouldn't start again. Check icp pressures and oil level, as well as codes to see what might be the problem, checked the fuel to find an empty bowl and no fuel coming. Manually tested pump and nothing, replaced with new pump and truck fired up after bleeding feul system of air. Another customer back on the road!

Good customer of mine has this 05 silverado 3500 6.6 duramax wound up pulling trans and replacing the rear engine cover seals, rear main, oil cooler seals and valve cover gaskets along with egr gaskets . As well as upper and lower oil pan gaskets. This engine has been mostly revealed at this point

Had a customer have a head gasket fail a month or so ago, she's been driving no problems after the repair, then suddenly she had a pretty consistent miss on cylinder 1 after car warmed up. After diag turned out to be a faulty spark plug. Replaced under warrenty and sent her on her way at no charge.

My son's pw 50 race bike got it with a bent frame swapped everything to the new frame with a tune up and he's ripping!

A client with a 2014 camero had a check engine light which we read as a lean condition for bank one and two. We determined it to be a vacuum leak in the intake manifold gaskets. While we were in there we did the valley cover gasket as it was hard and cracked, and the valve cover gasket as it was leaking. We also did the spark plugs and air filter as maintance.

We got called out for this Cadillac a couple months ago from a customer who had just purchased this 2015 Escalade and they drove it home from Miami. After about 4 hours total of driving he had noticed some lifter tick and a hard crank. Soon the starter wouldn’t crank the engine at all. I came out and verified that everything else was fine and the starter was working. It was overdrawing the starter and heating the wires. We decided to check the oil for metal and pulled the filter. It was full of metal shavings. We then drained the oil, and dropped the oil pan. Inside we found a bunch of needle bearings, as well as chunks of metal. That told us that the engine needed to be pulled to do a deeper inspection.

We pulled the heads off to try to figure out the cause. We found a lifter had completely broken. It damaged the lifter bore, damaged the cam, and put a bunch of metal in the engine. We also found that all the cylinders happened to be scored fairly bad as well. At this point we decided it was ideal to replace the engine.

Customer got a crate engine from Hot Rod Engine builder out of Washington state. It had a full DOD delete. We have finally received the pallet in the mail and have begun putting the new engine in. We need to install all the accessories and do a DOD delete tune next.
