We need talented individuals to handle infeed procurement (sourcing from collectors/suppliers) and offtake sales (connecting with buyers and manufacturers)!
What You’ll Do:
• Build relationships with collectors for high-quality feedstock materials.
• Negotiate deals with buyers for our processed recycled products.
• Navigate market volatility, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive profitable trades.
• Work both sides of the supply chain to keep our operations thriving!
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in recycling brokerage, petroleum trading, or commodity sales (plastic, oil, electronics, or similar).
• Strong network in the industry; knowledge of EPA regs a plus.
• Self-starter with excellent negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Colorado – remote options for top talent!
