We hope everyone was safe from the recent round of storms that passed through. We are still operating and repairing vehicles, while practicing recommended procedures for social distancing. Neither the storms nor the pandemic have affected our commitment to the highest quality repair work and customer service. We will meet you at your car when you pull up as we have closed our lobby. We are disinfecting vehicles at drop off and prior to pick up. Insurance claims are also being handled differently during the coronavirus era, and we are well educated on how to help you process your claim if the recent storms left you with damage to your vehicle. To our friends and customers, we are still currently open as an essential business. We have taken additional precautions, including sanitizing all vehicles at drop off and pickup, and we are meeting our customers in the parking lot to help them, and closing our lobby to any non-essential traffic. Thank you for your patience and understanding. As long as our parts suppliers continue to supply the parts we need, and we all stay healthy, we will continue to service our customers with the same high standards and integrity we always have. Insurance claims processing times could slow temporarily, but we are rapidly adapting and doing all we can to keep the repair process moving efficiently for everyone. Thank you to all our customers. We love and appreciate you all.
