We have a few of our customers being told they can only go to certain shops by their INSURANCE COMPANY.
There isn't an insurance company by law that can decide for you what Auto body shop to use for repairs. They try to convince you and even tell you that you might have to pay the difference. This is very wrong and illegal for them to do.
They have shops that work for them.
