Feeling pretty thankful tonight.
We’ve been open in Apple Valley for almost two weeks, and I’ll be honest, it’s been a slow start. Yesterday we finally got our texting system working and were able to introduce ourselves to the customers of the former Auto Pros location.
Today was our busiest day yet.
Several people came in specifically to check us out after getting that message. I got to spend a good part of the day talking with them about who we are, what Homestead stands for, and how we take care of people. Those conversations meant a lot to me.
We believe you should understand what your vehicle needs, what’s important, and what can wait. You should feel comfortable asking questions and know that the people working on your vehicle care about you.
But what really hit me today was that I could invite people to look us up and read our reviews with complete confidence. That reputation exists because of our employees and the way they take care of our customers every day. As an owner, that’s a pretty incredible feeling.
To our team, thank you for building something to be proud of.
To our customers, thank you for trusting us, recommending us, and helping us grow.
And to Apple Valley, thank you for giving us a chance. We’re excited to earn your trust and keep your families lives in drive.
EDIT: as I drive by our prior lake store on my way home from Apple valley. It’s 6:18pm. They closed at 5 and they’re still there finishing cars. Bays open making sure everyone gets their vehicles back for the weekend. I’m just amazed.
