Coffee with the Cows — This Saturday, August 22 at Countryview

Grab a plate and come meet the crew. Starting at 8 AM in the small pasture behind the basketball court, we’re firing up a full breakfast spread — pancakes, sausage, bacon, and pastries — alongside hot coffee, with our Highland cattle Shiloh, Rainy, and Wyatt out in the pasture, plus the full mini donkey lineup: Chip, Rambo, and Rocky.

Bring the kids, bring your appetite, and come say hi to Countryview’s resident characters. Free and open to guests and neighbors — see you out on the pasture.

Sundowner RV Park has a new home — and we couldn’t be more excited to be here.

We’re Norden Hospitality, and we just closed on Sundowner as part of our growing ranch community in Princeton, TX. We already operate Countryview Resort next door — 40 working acres, Highland cattle, a private fishing pond, and a community that genuinely feels like home.

Now we’re bringing that same energy here.

Locally owned. On-site park manager. Dedicated maintenance on the property. This isn’t a faceless corporation — we live and work in this community, and we’re here when you need us.
