Our turnaround time is about one week, and we stick to that so every customer gets the same attention to detail.

Sending shocks in and then asking for them back in 24–36 hours puts us in a bind and bumps against customers who planned ahead. Constant calls and messages regarding the status of your shocks will further delay the completion time as well 😬

If you’re in a pinch, call us before shipping and we’ll see what’s possible. We do what we can, when we can- but sometimes your emergency is just not a something we can solve.

We appreciate each and every customer and we work our tails off to make sure everyone is satisfied!
