Southwest Collision Center in Prairie du Chien is looking for a FLEET BODY TECHNICIAN to join our team!

This is a little different than your typical body shop position. Our sister company, Southwest Bus Services, operates a large fleet of school buses throughout southwest Wisconsin — and we need someone who takes pride in keeping them repaired and looking great.

🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
🔹 Minor to moderate body repairs
🔹 Dent & panel repair
🔹 Rust & corrosion repair
🔹 Fiberglass repairs
🔹 Sanding, prepping, painting & touch-ups
🔹 Light welding & fabrication
🔹 Bumper, hood & exterior repairs
🔹 Bus reconditioning & cosmetic repairs

You don’t need 20 years of collision experience.

Maybe your background is in auto body. Maybe it’s welding, fabrication, automotive, trucks, farm equipment, painting, or you’re simply really good with your hands.

What matters to us is that you’re dependable, mechanically inclined, willing to learn, and take pride in doing things right.
