“My family had a wonderful experience here today. Our children were welcomed, and treated to hot chocolate and free wifi. Our sales rep, Klarissa, was knowledgeable and friendly. She has a wonderful smile and a great sense of humor. I also appreciated that she was willing to listen to our previous problems that led to us buying our 1st generation Leaf today. She actively listened to us and genuinely seemed to care that we were going through such a rough patch recently.

The finance person, Tyler, was friendly and not pushy about adding on warranties or other special packages. He respected our decisions and even threw in a couple of free extras for us.

Overall, the dealership itself was clean, very open-aired, and inviting. I honestly think it was the most comfortable car buying experience my husband and I have ever had, and we've bought a LOT of cars together due to our business needing a fleet.
