We’re not looking for “just a mechanic.”
We want a problem-solver. Someone who can diagnose, not guess. Someone who takes pride in fixing it right the first time.
💰 Pay: $60,000 – $120,000+ per year
(Flat rate equivalent: $35–$50/hr based on experience)
🛠️ What You Get:
• Monday–Friday (NO weekends)
• Air-conditioned shop (yes, really)
• Paid vacation (after 1 year)
• Supplied uniforms
• Employee discounts
• Performance bonuses
• Ongoing training opportunities
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues
• Perform inspections and test drives
• Work with service advisors to clearly communicate needed repairs
• Accurately estimate repair times
• Handle warranty work to manufacturer specs
✅ What We Need From You:
• Strong diagnostic skills (electrical experience is a big plus)
• Minimum 3+ years experience preferred
• Own your tools
• Ability to use modern diagnostic equipment
• ASE certifications preferred (not required, but respected)
• Valid driver’s license
⏰ Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:15 AM – 6:00 PM
