Check out our rental listings on Zillow. Presently, there is a 2 BR and a 3 BR available for rent. We only accept applications through the Zillow site. Good credit, good landlord references, no smoking, no pets, and no felony convictions are required for consideration. We have well maintained and attractive rentals.

Lovely and totally remodeled 3 br, 2 bath, mobile home for rent. Mobile home has a wooded and beautiful view and sits on a quiet road in our senior hilltop mobile home community. Home has over 1200 sq feet, all new luxury vinyl flooring, lighting, and newly painted cabinets. To apply, go to Zillow. Do not contact here or by phone. Requirements: absolutely no pets, excellent credit, landlord references, and no felony convictions. Rent is $1,000 per month with $1,000 deposit.
