Progress update on the JZA80 rear diff cooler.

Lower oil-line shielding is moving in the right direction.

Upper shielding for the main body is next.
Once that is sorted, hard-line prototypes are the next step.

New photos of the WangSpec JZA80 Single turbo aluminum airbox prototype.

The main body is SLM 3D printed AlSi10Mg, paired with a clear polycarbonate lid and a AFE filter.

Toyota doesn't sell this part separately.

So we reverse engineered it, and improved it.
• Thicker wall for reduced deflection
• Integrated threaded b**g (no spot weld failure)
• OEM-like fitment

Development Progress.
Toyota Supra JZA80 Induction Airbox

Prototype main body 3D Printed Aluminum (AlSi10Mg) via SLM.

This has been in development behind the scenes for a while.
First round of fitment and validation testing on my personal Supra begins soon.

The Question Everyone Asked: Does it clear Big Brakes?

Most of our recent inquiries have been about BBK fitment.
Today, we're ending some of that guess work.

Here is an example of our one-piece 3D Printed 316L Stainless Steel brake duct shields in our earlier finish, installed on 's immaculate Supra with ST60 front brake kit.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, we were able to keep a one piece design with an organic shape to channel the air flow to the center of the brake rotors smoothly.

By Design, these will have more clearance on a BBK, than the USDM Stock 4-Piston/320mm Rotor Combo.

Update on the JZA80 Bumper Ducts

After multiple prototype iterations, these recent fitment tests in PLA looks promising. Next round of testing, we will move to ASA for improved heat and UV resistance.

3D-Scanned, and modeled from a Brand-new OEM Toyota Bumper - Every curvatures has been fine tuned to get fitment as close to OEM as possible.

These are intended to fit with Series II turn signals only. Follow us for more updates.
