This is the reality of any small business in our society currently. The consumer doesn’t see the value in doing themselves, but will happily determine the value your business has on doing the service. This isn’t how life works nor any service industry business. There is a reason we quote the price over our detailers time, the cost of products that have tripled the last 7 months and the business over head in the state of Oregon.. We always make it right, but wanting free for a service is down right wrong. Does this happen a lot, thankfully no. However a few times a year, the customer is happy with the service, but if they leave the 1 star review, they hope it will cause the small business to refund so it goes away. We stand behind our staff, our small business and our time!
