PLEASE!
If you have an RV. And have a roof leak near a roof vent.
In This case . Has a vent Cover.
So someone decided to Seal around bottom of Cover to prevent leak.

Didnt Work! Won't Work.

Not best of pics. Forgot to take pics. Then last min remembered.

Top of 8' slide room. Customer had issues with leak. Used Flex Seal.
Flex Seal does Not adhere to RV membranes. So it kept leaking till destroyed entire ceiling
