Hours: 8AM-5PM M-F
Start date: ASAP
3 days/week (flexible)

Responsibilities:
-Answer phones and schedule appointments
-Use billing software to create invoices
-Communicate with customers on progress & completion of their cars
-Processing payments
-Light bookkeeping/filing
-Completing payroll & payments to vendors through accounting software
-Managing orders & stock of office supplies

Skills:
-Computer-savvy
-Good people skills
-Organized
-Communicative
-Ability to multitask
