General Description:

As an Automotive Guest Advisor, you will gain hands-on experience by making meaningful connections while delivering outstanding service. You will also become familiar with quality, sales, and profitability and how to be successful in a team- environment.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales
Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction through understanding their needs.

Understand and be able to describe all warranties, advertising, and promotion of products and services.

Take responsibility for guest interactions from initial experience through completed service, including checking in, scheduling appointment, accurately estimating time requirements, and checking out.

Make recommendations to guests based on manufacturing recommendations.

Promote self-development by utilizing Company provided training tools.

Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.

Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including consumer tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.

Basic Qualifications:

-Prior guest service experience
-Valid driver's license
-Must be at least 18 years of age
-Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

-High School Diploma or GED
-Previous Automotive Guest Service experience
-Previous Tire Sales experience

General Description:

As an Automotive Technician you will be responsible to professionally inspect, diagnose and repair tire and conduct automotive services, while delivering an excellent guest experience.

You will also have the opportunity to mentor and continually learn about new technologies in the rapid changing automotive industry, while also being successful in a team environment.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, problem solving ability with full automotive troubleshooting and testing, including:
-Brake and hydraulic exhaust, primary and advanced fuel ignition, electrical, air conditioning, computer systems, power-train management systems, road tests for diagnosis, and service recommendations
Road test vehicles after repairs are complete to ensure mechanical soundness and to determine whether any other problems exist

-Display a commitment to learn new technologies within the rapid changing automotive industry
-Document all work performed on the repair order
-Report any safety issues immediately to management
-Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours
-Maintain strict adherence to Company policy on vehicle care and operation.

Basic Qualifications:

-Minimum 3 years of automotive diagnosis, problem-solving and repairs experience.
-Valid driver's license
-Must be at least 18 years of age
-Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

-Rotate Tires and Visually Check Brakes

I bought a used car and took it to the team at Bayshore Tire and Service. They did a full diagnostic test on the car at no charge.

They trusted me to bring my business back when I needed it. They told me that the only thing i would need is tires very soon. They were right.

A week later I got a flat, and then the spare blew out I-95. They squeezed me in that day with 4 new tires, and had me on the road running great even though I got there pretty close to closing.

They didn't even hesitate to take care of me in my situation. Awesome customer service. I will not go anywhere else.
