Marine Tech Services, a family-owned, full-service boat repair business located on St. Helena Island at Dataw Island Marina is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for immediate hire. We are a professional but casual office atmosphere.

Excellent Customers Service Skills are a must! We pride ourselves in our customer service, whether in person, by phone or email. Every customer should be treated like they’re your favorite customer!

Boating experience is much preferred but not required if you have the right mindset. Must be detail oriented, good computer skills and have Quickbooks (or comparable software) experience. This is a full-time position and our office hours are Mon-Fri 7:00 - 4:00.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Invoicing/Estimating, Filing, Setting up new customers, Parts ordering and unpacking, greeting customers, answering telephone calls and assisting with technician scheduling as needed.

We had the privilege of launching this beautiful boat from transport! A 32 foot 1936 Nunes Brothers wooden boat. De-winterized, stepped a mast and she's floating! 😀
