Responsibilities
Look over every vehicle (digital inspection with pictures and notes on a tablet) from bumper to bumper to see if vehicle has any upcoming problems, recommended services or if its in good condition
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions efficiently
(Ability to perform diagnostics on common issues like wheel bearing noise and suspension concerns is required)
Inspect vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs
Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functioning after repairs
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Keep detailed records of all work performed
NOTES, NOTES and MORE NOTES
4-day work week, Tue-Fri 7am – 6pm, with lunch break

Absolute Auto Repairs and Sales, a trusted family-owned auto repair shop with over 17 years of service in Port Matilda, PA. We are expanding and seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Mechanic/Technician. If you’re passionate about delivering top-notch automotive services and thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you! Our current business hours are (4 /10 hr days) Tuesday - Friday, 7am-6pm with about one hour lunch brake.
Job Responsibilities:
