Our guest 💙loves💙the boat, and overall everything went very well. We’re still waiting on final survey results, but this is exactly why a proper sea trial and survey matters when buying a boat.

AND “Survey Says…”

A good survey can save you from a bad decision. ⚓️

When you’re buying a boat or yacht, the survey and haul-out are critical parts of the process. Getting the boat out of the water gives the surveyor an opportunity to inspect the hull, bottom, running gear, through-hulls, and other areas that simply can’t be fully evaluated at the dock.

And this is where your broker’s role matters.

As a buyer’s broker, I help coordinate the survey process, communicate with the listing broker and surveyor, review what’s uncovered, and help you understand your options before moving forward.

Sometimes the survey confirms you found the right boat. Sometimes it gives you leverage to negotiate. And sometimes it tells you it’s better to walk away.

Finding the boat is only the beginning. My job is to help protect you all the way to closing.

“Today’s Office” Sunset Showing 🌅
📍Tarpon Springs 🛥️

Out tonight looking at this 2019 Sea Ray Boats SDX 290 powered by twin Mercury Marine 250 Verados — currently priced at $149,900.

Here’s something buyers should know: sometimes you have to look at a few boats before you find the right one.

Every showing helps narrow things down—layout, condition, equipment, comfort, value, and whether the boat really fits how you plan to use it.

That’s a big part of what I do. I’m not here just to open the door and show you a boat. I’m here to help you compare, ask the right questions, and make a good decision.

Sometimes we find the one.
Sometimes we learn what the next one needs to have.

Either way, we’re getting closer. 😎

And if this Sea Ray SDX 290 catches your eye…
