Memorial Announcement: As many of you know, we lost our shop foreman, Joe Wright in his battle with Cancer on November 7, 2025. Joes family had him cremated & since most of Joes family lives out of state, they want to have a small memorial service at the shop AFTER the 2026 new year (due to holidays coming up & timing)@. So Iโll be making another announcement when the details/date/time is set for persons to come pay their respects to Joe. Joe was a very simple man that enjoyed his daily work life, and would appreciate having a small service at the location he spent most of his time at. So we will fulfill Joes last wishes by doing such. ๐ข *This has left a hole in our โฅ๏ธโs over losing Joe so early in life. With Gods grace he is no longer in pain. ๐๏ธ๐ฏ๏ธ๐๐ผโ๏ธ
Joe Don Wright
Born April 1, 1969 in Dallas, Texas.
Died November 7, 2025 in Orange, Texas.
Survived by his son Jacob Wright, brothers Jack Wright, Perry Ashworth, Matthew Ashworth and wife Cindi, Patrick Ashworth, uncle Louis Williams and aunt Joan Williams, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Preceded in death by his father and mother Frank and Sandra Ashworth, and his biological mother Sandra Wright.
Joe was a known master mechanic in SE Texas. His love for getting his hands dirty started in his teen years working alongside his dad under the hood of vehicles. By the time he was 18, he was a fully self taught mechanic working for Ford in Ennis, Texas.
Joe was a quiet man. He was always available to give car advice or fix a car for family, friends, and even strangers. He never expected anything in return. His heart and soul were so gentle and kind.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
